About Tammi
Tammi is a sober, dignified, creative woman, as well as a gray area drinking + creativity coach. She has hosted the wildly popular The Unruffled Podcast, a show that discusses the intersection between creativity and recovery. She is also a sobriety support meeting leader with The Luckiest Club and currently co-leads The Focus Circle Sessions with Corinne Bowen.
It is her desire + hope to teach women how to show up for themselves in all aspects of life through creativity and authenticity.
She makes art every single day and documents her forays, sobriety milestones and creative offerings on her website and Instagram. She writes a weekly newsletter through Substack called The Gold Star Diaries. She lives in Northern California, is a member of the all-female artist co-op, Moonflower Studio, in Berkeeley, CA, is a recent divorcée, empty nester, and daydreams about one day moving to Paris, France.
